Our mission is to provide exceptional, family orientated, vitalistic chiropractic care, changing the way that we view health.
Our philosophy here at Boost is vitalistic; We know your body is fully equipped to function in great health for a lifetime!
Your body has certain requirements to be healthy. Meeting these requirements, your body will always work towards expressing itself fully in great health. Enter Chiropractic. Chiropractic is a strategy that works with the vital communication system of the body. We recognise that if your brain is communicating optimally through the power lines that are your nerves your body should return to good function, resulting in ease within the normal balance and processes of your body, often timely healing and the return of health follows.
Simply put, your body works better without nerve interference in the spine called Subluxations.
Meet the Team
Becoming a new practice member at Boost can sometimes be an exciting and scary time for many people. Our warm staff will invite you inside, get you a glass of water and introduce you to our practice.
Through a high level of Chiropractic care Tom’s job is to make sure your central nervous system (master controlling system) is functioning as best as possible. His belief is that feeling good should be a side effect of a healthy well-functioning body.
Outside of running Boost Chiropractic Tom loves family time with his children, fishing, diving, gym, following the rugby, getting involved in the community and also teaches Chiropractic students at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic’s Chiropractic Center each week as an intern mentor.
Prior to working full time at Boost Chanelle taught multiple classes, including pediatrics, at the world renowned New Zealand College of Chiropractic in Auckland for 6 years. After having 3 children of her own she has now given up the daily commute and can be found in practice 4 days a week. In her downtime she enjoys spending time with her children, partner and animals in and around the water and local beaches, reading and sneaking in the odd nap when she can!
We noticed an immediate difference in her so my son started a fortnight later. Another month on and I started care, followed shortly by my husband – YES my whole family was hooked on Chiropractic Care. That was 20 years ago and in that time Chiropractic Care has helped us enormously despite some big challenges on the way, including a kidney transplant for our disabled son.
